These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thehumanpurpose.com and all services offered through it (“the Platform”), operated by Human Purpose Platform (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please do not use the Platform or submit any personal information through it.

3. Nature of the service

Human Purpose Platform offers a reflective diagnostic tool, educational articles, a curated resource library, and a network of independent guides. The purpose of these services is to support personal reflection, self-awareness, and exploration of life direction.

The Platform and all its content are intended for personal, non-commercial use only, for the purposes of reflection and education.

The Platform is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, or legal service. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional advice of any kind. It is not a substitute for the care of a qualified professional. Please read our Disclaimer for more detail.

4. The diagnostic

The Purpose Diagnostic is a reflective self-assessment tool consisting of 17 questions. It generates a personalised reflection based on your responses, expressed through two frameworks: a Calling (your dominant orientation toward contribution) and a Current (your present state of energy and focus). These results are intended as a mirror for self-exploration, not as a fixed definition of who you are.

Results are generated algorithmically in real time and are not reviewed or validated by a human professional. They reflect patterns in your responses and are offered as a starting point for reflection, not as a clinical assessment or a guarantee of any outcome.

5. Independent guides

The Platform may facilitate connections with independent coaches, mentors, therapists, or other guides (“Guides”). These individuals are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Human Purpose Platform.

We take care in how we present and vet guides featured on the Platform, but we do not control the services they provide, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any engagement you enter into with a guide. Any arrangement between you and a guide is a matter solely between you and that individual.

6. Your responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when completing the diagnostic or submitting contact forms
• Use the Platform only for lawful, personal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform or its content without our express written permission
• Not use the Platform in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Take responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on content or reflections offered through the Platform

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to the diagnostic framework, the Callings and Currents system, written articles, design elements, and terminology, is the property of Human Purpose Platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written consent.

The Platform draws conceptual inspiration from widely available philosophical, psychological, and cultural traditions. This inspiration does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the authors or systems referenced.

8. External links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including book retailers and external resources. These links are provided for convenience and information only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of any linked sites. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

Some links to book resources may generate a small commission through affiliate programmes. This does not affect the price you pay or our editorial independence.

9. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to suspend or restrict access to carry out maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from unavailability of the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Human Purpose Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €50 if no payment has been made.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence.
