Human Purpose Platform (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to all services offered through thehumanpurpose.com.

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our platform.

1. Who we are

Human Purpose Platform is operated by Alejandro Cardona, based in Spain. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

2. What information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide to us directly. We do not use tracking technologies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services.

Through the Purpose Diagnostic

When you complete our reflective diagnostic, we collect:

  • A record of your consent to our terms and privacy policy

We operate three contact forms: a waitlist form, a guidance request form, and a guide application form. Each collects only what is necessary for its specific purpose.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

  • To deliver your personalised purpose reflection result
  • To respond to your messages and requests
  • To keep you informed about the platform’s development, if you have joined the waitlist
  • To connect you with an appropriate guide, if you have requested guidance
  • To evaluate guide applications
  • To improve and maintain the platform

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): When you complete the diagnostic or submit a contact form, you provide explicit consent by checking the required consent box. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@thehumanpurpose.com.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): We may process certain data to maintain the security and integrity of the platform and to respond to your inquiries, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.

The diagnostic asks you to reflect on personal topics related to purpose, values, and life direction. While we do not consider this data to fall within special categories under Article 9 GDPR, we treat it with a high degree of care and sensitivity given its personal nature.

5. Data processors and third parties

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf, under appropriate data protection terms.

Formspree (form processing)

All forms on this website are processed by Formspree, Inc., a company based in the United States. Zoho Mail (email communication)

We use Zoho Mail, operated by Zoho Corporation, to send and receive email. When Formspree forwards your submission to us, it arrives in our Zoho inbox. You can review Zoho’s privacy policy at zoho.com/privacy.html.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or behavioural tracking services.

Formspree and Vercel are based in the United States. When your data is processed by these services, it may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These transfers are made in accordance with applicable data protection law, relying on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Diagnostic submissions and contact form responses are kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion.
